Man threatened with knife after robbery in Chemnitz
An unknown man allegedly stole from a 35-year-old on Bahnhofstraße in central Chemnitz on 21 September and then threatened him with a knife. According to police, the man took a wallet and mobile phone from the victim's shoulder bag. When the 35-year-old demanded the items back, the suspect reportedly produced a knife. He fled with the property toward Moritzstraße, and a search of the area was unsuccessful. Police are investigating suspected aggravated robbery.
