Man threatens several people with knife in Chemnitz
A 34-year-old man allegedly threatened several people verbally and with a knife in a discount store car park in Chemnitz's Hilbersdorf district on 6 March. By the time officers arrived, the people concerned had already restrained him. Police said he appeared to have sustained minor injuries during this. Because he remained aggressive during the police operation, he was held in custody until the evening. He is being investigated on suspicion of making threats.
