Man shows knife to dog owner during dispute in Celle
Two men became involved in an argument on a footpath by the Aller near Alter Bremer Weg in Celle. According to the dog owner, the other man showed him a knife during the dispute. There was no physical contact or injury. When the dog owner said he would call police, the man fled. Police said they found no link to earlier attacks on women in the city.
