Man suffers facial injury in confrontation at Bremen station square
Late on 10 April, two men became involved in a confrontation at Bremen’s station square. A 36-year-old is alleged to have attacked his 53-year-old opponent with a pruning saw, leaving the man with a cut to his face.
Police officers stopped the alleged attacker while he was still holding the saw. They threatened to use their firearms in order to make him drop the tool. Another pointed or cutting implement was also secured at the scene. Police filed reports, seized the items and issued exclusion orders; the investigation is continuing.
