Employee injured with knife during petrol station robbery in Bremen

Three masked suspects robbed a petrol station on Schlengstraße in Bremen-Hemelingen at about 22:30 on 5 February. While one of the men threatened the 20-year-old employee with a firearm, another took cash and a cash box. When the employee tried to prevent their escape, one of the robbers stabbed him in the thigh with a knife. The injured employee received outpatient treatment at a hospital. The three suspects fled on foot towards Schlengpark, and the search has so far been unsuccessful. Criminal police are also examining possible links to earlier robberies.
