Man injured in robbery extortion in Braunschweig
A 38-year-old man was slightly injured during a robbery extortion on a footpath on Am Queckenberg street in Braunschweig at around 06:15 on 12 December. A perpetrator held a knife to his cheek, stabbed his hand and pressed the knife against his abdomen while demanding money. The man suffered cuts. After taking a low two-digit cash amount, the perpetrator fled into an adjacent wooded area. A police search did not locate the perpetrator.
