Armed robbery at kiosk in Brake
Two masked people allegedly robbed a kiosk in Brake on the evening of 14 January. As the 57-year-old employee was sorting the day's takings and preparing to close, the pair allegedly demanded cash while displaying a knife. The employee refused to hand over the money. One of the offenders allegedly then grabbed the cash, and both fled with several hundred euros. The employee was unharmed, and an initial search did not locate the suspects.
