Supermarket employee threatened with knife in Böhl-Iggelheim
A 41-year-old man allegedly stole goods from a supermarket in Böhl-Iggelheim on 3 February and threatened an employee with a knife. That evening, an ambulance stopped on its way to hospital after the man, who was a patient, began causing a disturbance. Police who were called found that an arrest warrant had been issued for him. After a blood sample was taken and a doctor certified that he was fit for detention, he was taken to Frankenthal prison.
