Man injured in knife robbery in Bochum
A 28-year-old man sustained minor injuries during a robbery in Bochum-Langendreer on 23 August. He told police that three unknown men threatened him with a knife outside a building on Wischelinkstraße at about 6 a.m. and demanded cash. After he handed over the money, the men allegedly hit him and attacked him with the knife. A fourth suspect is said to have acted as a lookout at the Alte Bahnhofstraße/Ovelackerstraße junction. All four fled towards Langendreer Markt. The injured man was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital; criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
