Teen injured with knife in attempted robbery in Bielefeld
A teenager was seriously injured on Tuesday evening during an attempted robbery in woodland along Marienfelder Straße in Bielefeld. Two masked teenagers are alleged to have attacked him from behind, punched and kicked him, and pulled his backpack from his shoulder. During the confrontation, one of the attackers injured his arm with a knife. The backpack was left behind and the two suspects fled. The injured teenager went home, after which his parents called emergency services. An initial police search did not locate the suspects.
