Man attacked with knife during dispute at Bielefeld bus stop

A 42-year-old man was allegedly attacked during a dispute over a cigarette at the Radrennbahn/Ziegelstraße bus stop in Bielefeld on 16 January. Police said one of two young men repeatedly struck him and made stabbing motions toward him with a knife. The 42-year-old avoided the knife and was not struck. When a driver got out and called police, the attacker and his companion ran toward the city centre. The man later noticed that his mobile phone was missing.
