Woman seriously injured in alleged knife attack in Biberach
A 37-year-old man is alleged to have first assaulted his separated 36-year-old partner and then injured her in the face with a knife after a dispute in a park in central Biberach on 19 May. The woman sustained serious cuts and was taken to hospital. She escaped before a passer-by found her in the park and called for help. The suspect initially fled but was arrested following international search measures. Investigations into grievous bodily harm are continuing.
