Man injured in neck with knife in Berlin-Treptow
A 41-year-old man was attacked from behind and stabbed in the neck with a knife in Berlin-Alt-Treptow on 1 June, according to police. At about 9:30 p.m., he had intended to urinate at the roadside on Bernhard-Langwaldt-Weg. Two people walking along the riverside path found him on the ground with a bleeding wound on the left side of his neck, gave first aid and called emergency services. He underwent emergency surgery and remained in hospital. No suspects had initially been identified, and criminal police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
