Man dies after knife injury in Berlin-Friedrichshain
A wounded man was found in an apartment building on Petersburger Straße in Berlin-Friedrichshain during the night of 30 March. A witness called the fire service at about 4 a.m. Emergency responders attempted resuscitation but could only confirm the man's death.
Police said the man died from an injury caused by a knife. The injury pattern and circumstances in which he was found indicate a suspected homicide. The eighth homicide division is investigating the background and the man's identity.
