Employee slightly injured in Bergisch Gladbach betting shop robbery
A masked man robbed a betting shop in Bergisch Gladbach shortly before 11 p.m. on 9 April. According to the employee, the offender held a kitchen knife, forced him into a corner and demanded money. The employee was alone in the shop while counting the day's takings.
The offender took a bag containing a low four-figure amount of cash and fled on foot toward Rosengarten. The employee sustained minor injuries during the robbery. An initial police search was unsuccessful.
