64-year-old man injured with knife during dispute in Bensheim
A 64-year-old man was injured with a knife during a dispute in the car park of the Basinus swimming pool in Bensheim on 23 June. According to initial investigations, the 64-year-old and a 46-year-old man had arranged to meet there to discuss previous disputes. During the meeting, the 46-year-old is alleged to have drawn a knife and injured the older man.
Police officers found both men near the car park. The injured man received hospital treatment. The 46-year-old was provisionally detained, and police secured the knife. Investigations into the background of the dispute continue.
