Man seriously injured in knife attack in Bad Säckingen
A 27-year-old man was seriously injured on Güterstraße in Bad Säckingen on the evening of 9 March. Police said he had happened to meet a 37-year-old man he already knew, and the encounter initially developed into a verbal dispute.
Police allege that the 37-year-old then attacked him in the upper body with a knife. The injured man was taken to hospital by emergency services. The 37-year-old later reported the altercation himself at the Bad Säckingen police station. The investigation is ongoing.
