Five people injured in dispute in Backnang
Five people became involved in a dispute at an apartment building on Frankfurter Straße in Backnang at about 9 p.m. on 2 August. According to the current investigation, the dispute concerned alleged noise disturbances in the building. A 31-year-old man allegedly first strangled a 52-year-old woman, after which a 20-year-old allegedly injured him in the upper body with a kitchen knife. A 56-year-old man also allegedly attacked the 31-year-old with a baseball bat. All five people involved sustained minor injuries. Investigations have been opened against all of them, and the exact sequence remains under investigation.
