Suspect held after knife robbery in Augsburg

During a robbery at a jeweller's shop on Ulmer Straße in Augsburg on 27 October, a man is alleged to have threatened an employee with a knife and demanded valuables. Police said the offender fled with property worth about 2,500 euros and that nobody was injured. Police later identified a minor suspect, arrested him on 1 November and executed a warrant issued for aggravated robbery. He is being held in a correctional facility while the investigation continues.
