Man remanded in custody after fatal stabbing injury in Augsburg
A 59-year-old man died after sustaining a stab injury in Augsburg. Police were informed on 5 October about a dead person in an apartment in the Haunstetten district and are treating the case as a homicide.
Criminal investigators arrested a 68-year-old man on 11 December. Police said the suspect and the deceased had known each other previously. At the public prosecutor's request, an investigating judge issued a detention order on suspicion of manslaughter.
