Woman arrested after knife attack on locksmith employee

During the forced eviction of an apartment in Augsburg, a 57-year-old resident is alleged to have attacked an employee of a locksmith service with a knife. The employee had been called in after the apartment door was not opened. He sustained minor injuries, while his jacket apparently prevented a cut injury.

The woman then retreated into the apartment. A special police unit arrested her there without resistance. As she apparently was in a psychological crisis, she was taken to hospital. She is being investigated on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
