Woman dies after knife attack in Apensen
A 40-year-old woman died following a knife attack in Apensen on 19 December. A man knocked at her apartment door that morning and stabbed her repeatedly after she opened it. She was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but died later that morning despite surgery. Police are searching for the suspected attacker, the woman's 57-year-old estranged former partner.
