Several injured after fight involving cutter knife in Albstadt
An apparently arranged fight between two hostile groups of young men took place outside a pub on Gartenstraße in the Ebingen district of Albstadt shortly before 11 p.m. on Saturday. Police found that a cutter knife, a telescopic baton, a metal chain, a knuckle duster and a whip had among other objects been used. Several people suffered injuries including cuts, and one head laceration was reported. Emergency personnel treated the injured at the scene before taking them to hospital for further examination. Police are investigating the background and the individual actions of those involved; one 18-year-old man and two 24-year-old men are known suspects so far.
